Privacy Policy

1. Image Data

Photos you upload are sent to our AI provider to create your game. Every game is saved automatically so it can be shared. The saved game includes a small copy of your photo as its thumbnail, and some game types show the photo inside the game. Games that pass our automated review appear in the public Game Gallery, and anyone with a game's link can open it. You can delete a game you made from the Game Gallery on the device you made it on.

The "Use your own photo" games on our sliding puzzle and memory game pages are different: they are made in your browser, and that photo is not uploaded or saved.

2. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our site. We also use Google AdSense to display advertisements. These services may use cookies to track your usage data anonymously.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle API data.
